General Provisions
These general terms and conditions govern the rights and obligations between Lauder Schools as the recipient and the person providing a monetary donation (the "Donor").

Donation Campaign and Purpose
The "Support Lauder Schools" campaign is a fundraising activity to support the operation and education at Lauder Schools. Donations are used generally for educational needs including: teaching materials, laboratory supplies, art and sports equipment, educational software and hardware, lecturer fees, teacher training, and community events.
The donation is not tied to a specific item or service. Use of donations is regularly monitored by the School Board and the founder, the Jewish Community in Prague.
Donation Process
Donors can be individuals or legal entities. The donor fills out a form with their name, email, address, and date of birth, selects an amount, and submits a payment request.
Payments are made online via payment card through the Global Payments payment gateway. The recipient does not store payment card data. Funds are credited to the recipient's bank account: 8868349/0800.
The donation agreement is concluded upon successful payment authorization through the payment gateway, or at the latest when the donation is credited to the account.
Confirmation and Returns
After payment confirmation, the recipient will automatically send an email confirmation to the donor's email address, typically from fundraising@lauder.cz.
Donations are intended for direct use. Withdrawal is only possible in cases established by law. The recipient may refuse or withdraw from a donation without giving a reason, especially in case of doubts about the origin of the donation or donor identity.

Final Provisions
Disputes will be resolved before the competent courts of the Czech Republic according to the recipient's registered office. The recipient may unilaterally change or supplement these conditions. The new version will be published on the website at least 15 days before taking effect.
